Our Story
Built in 1850 by Amos Wilcox, a returning soldier, and his son Charles, a devoted farmer, this house has stood the test of time. Through seasons of change and generations of stories, its walls have weathered storms, echoed with laughter, and embraced the quiet beauty of everyday life.
Once a cherished family home, it now welcomes guests once more—this time, around the table.
At The Wilcox Gastropub, we honour its legacy with soul-warming dishes, thoughtfully crafted drinks, and a spirit of hospitality as enduring as the home itself.
Our Menu
We combine bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and modern interpretations of timeless favourites. Whether you’re dining with colleagues or celebrating a more personal occasion, every dish and drink is crafted to bring people together.
